Scarlett's World takes consent seriously.
Any identifiable adult featured on Scarlett's World must have given appropriate permission for the relevant image, video, profile information or other content to be used for its intended purpose.
Scarlett's World is intended solely for adults aged 18 and over.
Adult Participants
Anyone depicted or identifiable in submitted or published content must be aged 18 or over. Scarlett's World may request age and identity verification before accepting content. Where appropriate, valid photo identification may be checked to confirm age and identity. Only information reasonably necessary for verification will be collected, and verification information is handled securely in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Copies of identity documents are not published.
Consent to Publish
Identifiable third parties may only be featured where they have consented to the relevant use of their content. Consent may cover, where applicable: photographs, video clips, avatars, chosen aliases, short biographies, interests or kinks voluntarily supplied for publication, X/social-profile links, quotes or comments, Hall of Fame profiles, Hall of Shame profiles, and other agreed Scarlett's World content. Private information submitted through forms is not automatically included in public consent.
Public & Private Information
There is a clear distinction between information that may be approved for publication and information that remains private.

Hall of Fame & Hall of Shame
Participation in Scarlett's Hall of Fame and Hall of Shame is voluntary and restricted to consenting adults. Being featured is not automatic — Scarlett retains full editorial control over who appears and what approved content is displayed. Participants may use aliases rather than real names, and only consented profile information and media will be displayed. Hall of Shame participation is consensual adult roleplay. Requested display durations are subject to Scarlett's approval and editorial control. A tribute does not create an irrevocable right or obligation to publish someone.
Custom Content
Where custom content involves Scarlett and one or more additional adults, every identifiable participant must consent to their involvement. Consent should cover the specific content being created and its intended use. A purchaser or requester cannot grant consent on behalf of another person. Scarlett may refuse any request at her discretion. No custom request is guaranteed simply because an enquiry or tribute has been submitted.
User-Submitted Content
Anyone submitting images, video or profile information confirms that they are aged 18 or over; that they are the person depicted, or otherwise have the legal right and appropriate permission to submit the material; that the material does not infringe another person's rights; and that they understand the intended use before giving consent. Anonymous third parties may not submit identifiable content about someone else without appropriate permission.
Withdrawing Consent
A featured person may contact Scarlett's World if they wish to ask a question about how their content is being used, request correction of profile information, request removal of future use, or withdraw consent to continued publication of identifiable content. Scarlett's World will review such requests appropriately. Please note that once content has already been legitimately published, it may not be possible to recall every previously distributed or externally shared copy.
Content Removal Requests
If you believe content featuring you has been published without appropriate consent, or you wish to raise a concern regarding content in which you are identifiable, please contact Scarlett's World immediately through the Contact page. The matter will be reviewed and appropriate action taken.
Copyright & Ownership
Consent to appear in content does not automatically transfer copyright ownership. Copyright remains with the original creator or rightsholder unless otherwise agreed. Publication rights are based on the permission or licence granted for the relevant content. Content must not be copied, redistributed or republished by website visitors without permission.
Privacy
Personal information gathered for consent, verification, applications and content administration is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. This page should be read alongside the Privacy Policy, the 18+ Disclaimer, and the Terms & Conditions.
